These terms govern the use of this website and the services offered by Reputation Growth System.
Services
We provide reputation management services for e-commerce brands: reputation audits, review collection flows, review responses, customer recovery processes, retention campaigns and reporting. The scope, pricing and duration of any engagement are set out in the proposal agreed with each client before work begins.
The free audit
The free reputation audit is provided for information purposes, without obligation on either side. It reflects publicly available information about your brand at the time it is prepared.
Authentic reviews only
We collect reviews exclusively from genuine customers, in accordance with the guidelines of the platforms concerned (including Trustpilot and Google). We never purchase, fabricate or incentivise reviews, and we decline any request to do so.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing: our standard engagement is billed monthly at £750 per month, plus a one-time setup fee of £500, payable in advance.
Liability
Review platforms are operated by third parties. While our method is designed to grow authentic reviews and improve ratings, no specific rating outcome can be guaranteed, and we are not liable for decisions taken by third-party platforms.
