- To prepare and send the reputation audit you requested.
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to arrange a call.
- To provide our services if you become a client.

We process this information on the basis of your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
